About West GA Foundation Pros

We help West Georgia homeowners find the right local pro for foundation, crawl space, waterproofing and drainage problems.

What we are

West GA Foundation Pros is a free referral service. When you call or send a request, we connect you with an independent local contractor who serves your area. That contractor inspects your home, gives you an estimate and does the work if you choose to hire them.

What we're not

We are not a contractor, we don't perform any work, and we don't set contractors' prices. Contractors are independently owned and operated. We encourage every homeowner to confirm licensing, insurance and warranties, get a written estimate, and compare options before hiring.

How we're paid

The referral is free for homeowners. Contractors may pay us for referrals, which is how we keep it free for you.

Why we built this

Our background is in residential remodeling here in West Georgia. We've seen how often damp crawl spaces, drainage and foundation movement show up in local homes, and how hard it can be to know what's normal and who to call. The guides on this site explain the problems in plain English so you can have a better conversation with a contractor.
